The basis of this mousse recipe will really work with any type of fruit, and you can obviously serve it with anything you want! I chose to make a cherry mouss and serve it with peaches, so today I'm going to present the recipe as such. Using frozen fruit in this recipe will instantly make it cold enough to serve. If you choose to use fresh fruit, you will have to refrigerate the mousse until it's cold enough to your liking. This mousse is as delicious as it is easy to make, and leaves a lot of room to customize the recipe if you would prefer to make it sweeter, creamier, etc. Let me know what types of creations you come up with!

Serves 2-3/time 10 min
1 cup pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
3 tbs fresh heavy cream or full fat coconut milk
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs coconut oil (melted for a smoother consistency)
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Chill in the fridge if nessasary, garnish with peaches slices, serve.
